It was a great experience, which we enjoyed very much. The house is very easy to find, the location is great, very easy to find and it has the great location. It is very cozy, beautiful and clean.
Our family of 4 ideally set up the house, everyone could find privacy here.
The house is well designed and has all the necessary equipment. The beds and pillows are so comfortable that we slept well.
But the absolute pearls of this house are the hosts: Floriana and Luca are such welcoming, kind, helpful, positive and nice people. Since it was our first trip to Rome and we were with children, I had a million questions that Floriana answered with great patience and all the details. Luca helped us with all our requests. We were so lucky to have you as our host. Thank you so much for everything and we wish you good luck in your new business.

Wow, what a hidden gem! Luca and Floriana were incredibly wonderful hosts. 6 of us stayed quite comfortably, the 2 bedrooms are very nice with twin beds, the 2 bathrooms are fantastic, the pull out in the living room was comfortable for 2 people, and unlike many other places this actually has a very nice open space for sitting. It is clear that the hosts have put a lot of love and energy into making this space up to date, they have great amenities and beautiful furnishings. The location was also incredibly central, walking distance to the Colosseum, very easy to get around, lots of restaurants/markets, and I felt safe. 10/10 would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future. Thank you Floriana and Luca for your hospitality!
